These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Beautiful Messy Self coaching services and related scheduling, portal, and communication tools operated by Kerry Shea / Beautiful Messy Self (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session, using our website or client tools, or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms.

Services
We provide coaching-related services, including scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and related client communications. Service details, pricing, and package terms may be set out separately in your agreement, invoice, or portal.

Scheduling and cancellations
Appointment times are confirmed through our scheduling process. Please follow any cancellation or rescheduling instructions provided at booking or in your confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the policy shared with you at the time of booking or in your coaching agreement.

Communications
We may contact you by email regarding bookings, coaching logistics, and account-related matters. If you opt in to SMS, we may also send text messages as described below.

SMS / text messaging terms
If you provide a mobile phone number and give documented consent (for example, by checking the SMS consent box when booking, or when consent is recorded in your client record), you agree to receive SMS messages from Beautiful Messy Self related to appointment confirmations and appointment reminders only. These messages are transactional/service messages, not marketing or promotional advertising.

• Message frequency varies (typically a confirmation after booking and timed reminders before your appointment).

• Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply HELP for help.

• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. You may continue to receive email communications unless you unsubscribe from email separately where that option is offered.

• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing services.

Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website and tools
You agree not to misuse our website, booking pages, or client portal, including attempting unauthorized access or interfering with service operation.

No medical or emergency care
Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis line immediately.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautiful Messy Self and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, booking tools, or SMS/email communications, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
