I’m a Board-Certified Physician, a Certified Life and ADHD Coach. I also have ADHD.
I became a Certified Coach in 2017 after experiencing firsthand how powerful coaching can be.
Now, I combine what I’ve learned from both medicine and coaching to support others — especially those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’re wired a little differently.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in real life. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply and build a life that actually fits — one that’s aligned with who you are and how your brain works.
